These Terms of Use also serve as the End User License Agreement for the SwimForm application. By downloading, signing in to, purchasing, or using SwimForm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SwimForm specializes in freestyle. It analyzes a short side- or lane-end-view clip and turns the supported visible findings into one prioritized automated technique focus with a targeted drill. Analysis requires an eligible adult user, Sign in with Apple and an active subscription.
Not coaching or medical advice: SwimForm provides AI-assisted estimates from limited footage. Feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. It does not replace a qualified swim coach, physiotherapist or medical professional.
Safety
Always follow the rules of your pool or facility, swim within your ability, use appropriate supervision, and stop if a drill causes pain, dizziness or distress. Do not use the app while actively swimming or place a phone where it creates a pool-deck hazard. You are responsible for deciding whether a drill is appropriate for you.
Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You sign in using Apple and are responsible for the security of your Apple ID.
- You may not share, transfer, automate or sell access to the analysis service.
- You can sign out or request account deletion in the in-app Account screen.
Subscription, billing and renewal
- SwimForm offers Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store or Google Play displays the local price before purchase.
- Payment is charged to the store account used to confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your platform store may charge renewal shortly before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to the applicable store terms.
A promotional trial applies only when it is explicitly shown in the platform purchase sheet. Website language does not create a trial or change the terms displayed by Apple or Google.
Account deletion and billing
Deleting the SwimForm account removes SwimForm's service-side account records and attempts to revoke the stored Sign in with Apple authorization. If Apple revocation is unavailable, SwimForm completes deletion of the data it controls and provides instructions for removing the remaining authorization in Apple Account settings. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. You must cancel separately through the App Store or Google Play to stop future billing.
Your clips and acceptable use
You may upload only footage you have the right to submit. You are responsible for obtaining permission from anyone identifiable in a clip and for following pool photography rules. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative or non-swimming content.
You agree not to attack, reverse-engineer, bypass payment or security controls, scrape private APIs, overload the service, resell results, or use SwimForm for commercial athlete surveillance without written permission.
AI output and product limitations
A camera angle, visibility, water distortion, compression and AI limitations affect the report. Numeric and technique outputs are estimates unless explicitly described otherwise. SwimForm may reject a clip, report uncertainty, or decline to assess something the chosen view cannot show. Read more in Accuracy & limitations.
Privacy
Your clip is processed only after explicit consent as described in the Privacy Policy. The public website does not provide an account or analysis surface.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, control abuse, improve accuracy or comply with platform requirements. We may update these Terms; the updated date will change when material revisions are published.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwimForm is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or improvement in athletic performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwimForm and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, lost training time, or injury arising from use of or reliance on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SwimForm during the twelve months before the claim.
